Released in 2022, Unforgotten revisits the story behind the legendary Wild Turkey Forgiven release, when bourbon and rye were accidentally blended together at the distillery. For Unforgotten, mature 13-year-old bourbon is blended with 8- and 9-year-old rye whiskey, then finished in rye casks and bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV).

The combination of mature bourbon and rye creates a complex balance of sweetness and spice. Aromas of caramel, dried fruit, vanilla, and oak lead into layers of honey, dark fruit, baking spice, black pepper, and toasted oak.
