Refund policy

At Whiskey Shelf, we maintain a strict refund and return policy. All sales are considered final once your order is placed.

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, it must be requested before the order has shipped or a shipping label has been created. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

• Refunds & Returns: We do not accept returns, and refunds are generally not guaranteed. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any approved refund may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable once a label has been generated. If your order qualified for free shipping, $50 shipping and handling deduction will apply to any approved refund.
