Brand Description

Brewed first as an artisanal American pale ale from scratch using locally malted barley, ale yeast, and slow, low-temperature fermentation. Distilled twice in custom low-reflux copper pot stills designed to transform our fresh flavorful ale into whiskey. Matured in new, low char American oak barrels, then mingled in small batches to achieve our signature balance and boldness.
