Colonel E.H. Taylor Cured Oak Bourbon Whiskey 750mL is one of the rarest and most innovative Kentucky straight bourbon whiskeys from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Originally inspired by Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr.'s historic pursuit of barrel innovation, this limited release is matured in barrels constructed from air-cured oak, a lengthy natural seasoning process that enhances the wood's complexity before the barrels are crafted. Produced in extremely limited quantities, Cured Oak is considered one of the most sought-after releases in the Colonel E.H. Taylor lineup.

Exceptionally rich and elegant, it opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and dried fruit, followed by luxurious flavors of toffee, maple syrup, dark cherry, roasted pecans, cinnamon, and subtle leather. The specially cured oak barrels contribute remarkable depth, silky texture, and refined oak character without overwhelming the bourbon. The result is a long, sophisticated finish with lingering caramel, warm spice, seasoned oak, and delicate sweetness.
