Booker's Single Barrel Second Chance Batch Bourbon 750mL is an extraordinarily rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and the first single-barrel release in Booker’s history. Released in 2022, “The Second Chance Batch” was personally selected by Fred Noe with the Medicinal Whiskey Charity to benefit the University of Kentucky Transplant Center after Fred received a life-saving kidney transplant in 2021. The bourbon was drawn from a single barrel located on the 4th floor of Warehouse D, one of the prized locations associated with the Booker’s style. Aged 7 years, 6 months, and 17 days, it was bottled uncut and unfiltered at 123.6 proof (61.8% ABV). Only 175 bottles were produced, making this one of the rarest Booker’s releases ever created.

The Second Chance Batch delivers the concentrated character expected from Booker’s with the added individuality of a single barrel. Aromas of brown sugar, baking spice, vanilla wafer, caramel, and cinnamon raisin bread lead into a rich palate of aged oak, syrup-soaked raisins, caramel sweetness, cinnamon, and rye spice. The finish is long, bold, and persistent, with layers of baking spice, leather, charred oak, caramel, and lingering rye spice.
