Del Maguey Mezcal Single Village Las Milpas 750mL is an extraordinary expression of traditional Oaxacan mezcal craftsmanship, born in the small, mountainous village of Las Milpas, located high above San Dionisio Ocotepec. Part of Del Maguey’s renowned Single Village Series, this mezcal is a testament to authenticity, terroir, and the dedication of the mezcaleros who produce it by hand.

Made from 100% Espadín agave, Del Maguey Las Milpas follows centuries-old artisanal techniques: the agave hearts are slowly roasted in earthen pit ovens, stone-crushed with a tahona, fermented naturally in open-air wooden vats, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), this mezcal offers a beautiful balance of earth, smoke, citrus, and roasted agave sweetness, with a clean, mineral finish that speaks to the rocky soil and high-altitude environment of its origin.
